Register for Gallifrey 2014

As of March 20, 2013, registration for Gallifrey One: 25 Glorious Years has completely SOLD OUT. No more tickets will be offered to the public. Our special thanks to the over 3200 attendees who registered and will be joining us at Gallifrey 2014.

Registration Transfers

Gallifrey One allows a registration to be transferred to another person at any time without restriction. To do so will require a registration holder to input their name and email address, the name and email address of the person to whom the registration is being transferred, and the receipt number from the email receipt received upon initial registration.

Registration may not be sold to another person except at the original cost it was purchased, and any attempt to sell a registration on eBay or another auction site will immediately nullify the registration.

Also, we do permit a registration to be upgraded, i.e. child to teen/teen to adult/child to adult, but not downgraded to a lower tier; to do so, please contact us via the Contact Us page on our website.

Our Registration Transfer system will be active this summer; please return to this page at that time to fill out the online Registration Transfer form. We will not take registrations by email this year.

Refunds: We do NOT issue refunds. All sales are final.

Registration Deferral: We do not defer memberships from one year to another, except on a case by case basis due to extreme emergency situations, such as medical emergencies or "acts of God", and only if the request is made ahead of time; we will not do so after the convention! Deferrals must be discussed via email and are never guaranteed.
